Two new recipes and some updates πŸ₯©πŸ„

Hello Reader!

Happy Monday!

This past weekend I had a chance to see Phil Rosenthal's World Tour.

If you don't know Phil Rosenthal, he was the Executive Producer for "Everyone Loves Raymond" and now has a Netflix show called "Somebody Feed Phil". He has a sharp wit and what you see on the show is what you get in real life.

While the whole night was spent laughing at him, and with him, my favorite line from the evening and one that resonated was:

" Food is the great connector and laughter is the cement."

Food is our connector as well. It has brought us together and I love sharing food and building this community of like-minded people.

On that note, here are a few pictures of our holiday meal last week that I haven't shared with you yet.

Our farmer's market starts this week. I am soooo excited and can't wait for all the fresh produce!

Here are a few links that I am loving:

On another note, starting this coming week I will send this email out on Sunday instead of Monday. I will be renaming the email "Sunday Thymes". The content will still be full of life updates, links, products I love, and a recap of what was new on the blog. Plus, you should start to see new content dripped out during the week as it is created.

Mother's Day is next weekend; therefore, I have been busy creating and testing brunch recipes I will share over the next few weeks. Here are a few new ones this week.

Healthy Starbucks Egg Bites Recipe (copycat)

I don't know about you, but I love having egg bites in my freezer that I can grab for a quick breakfast. These work extremely well for brunch too. They are high protein and contain cottage cheese in the base to help keep the eggs lighter and ramp the grams of protein. This recipe is so easy to mix and match with any vegetables or other ingredients as you will see in the next recipe.

Bacon and Gruyere Egg Bites

I used the above recipe to recreate the egg bites that I eat at Starbucks!

Until next time, enjoy the warm weather! If it's unseasonal where you are, then bring in the sunshine, dream big, and don't forget to have fun in the kitchen!

See you next week!
