Two Things I Made This Week! πŸ₯¬ πŸ₯£

Hi Reader!

I hope you had a wonderful week! Spring is upon us and I am loving the blooming trees and ground cover in our yard!

Did you watch the solar eclipse? We were at pickleball during the peak hours and ran outside to see it for a few minutes. It was really fun.

I am neck deep into re-working and re-photographing a lot of old recipes on the site while at the same time testing and developing new recipes that I cannot wait to share with you!

Also, to help make things better for you, I have added another new feature on the website.

Introducing... "Save the Recipe"

Scroll a few paragraphs down on a post and you will now see this image:

When you input your email, I will send you the direct link to the post to save it for later.

This works great if you don't have time to view all of the recipe tips, tricks and information; but want to remember to look later.

Make sure to let me know if you love this new feature! Your feedback helps me to make the site better for you.

Links I am loving this week:

I am also knee-deep in Passover cooking, cleaning, and planning. More on that next week. The last Passover-specific recipe I will share is the one below. If you have any questions about Passover just email me and I am happy to share.

Passover Granola Recipe With Fruit And Nuts

Note that this recipe can also be made with oats or other grains so you can enjoy this recipe year-round. I make it with any matzoh leftover from Passover.

This recipe is a favorite in our family. My husband's secretary would salivate when he brought this to work for her! You can change up the fruit and nuts to make it your own.

Homemade Crispy Oven Baked Kale Chips Recipe

Since our family went low-carb a while back, we are always making baked kale chips. They are salty and crunchy which hit on all the right notes when you need an easy, healthy snack.

Change up the toppings on this kale and you can have parmesan chips, truffle chips, ranch chips, and so much more.

Until next time, enjoy the warm weather! If it's unseasonal where you are, then bring in the sunshine, dream big, and don't forget to have fun in the kitchen!

See you next week!

Hello Reader! Happy Monday! The butterflies are out in abundance around us! This past weekend I had a chance to see Phil Rosenthal's World Tour. If you don't know Phil Rosenthal, he was the Executive Producer for "Everyone Loves Raymond" and now has a Netflix show called "Somebody Feed Phil". He has a sharp wit and what you see on the show is what you get in real life. While the whole night was spent laughing at him, and with him, my favorite line from the evening and one that resonated was:...
